Sports Massage will help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries, and to help you move your body more freely with more flexibility and in time can improve your posture.
Sports massage has been shown to reduce muscle tension, increase blood flow, and stimulate the removal of waste products (for example, lactic acid) during exercise and may help regenerate the body. All this promotes healing and minimizes the possibility of muscle damage.
You can get a pre-work out massage, maintenance sports massage or a post-work out massage. I will work with you to target specific areas that are in need of massage and focused attention.
